Miley Ray Cyrus was born Destiny Hope Cyrus on November 23, 1992, in Franklin, Tennessee and raised in Thompson's Station, Tennessee to Tish Cyrus & Billy Ray Cyrus. Five siblings are hers - two half-brothers, a half-sister, and a younger brother and sister. The family named her Miley as she was an enormous source of chance for them.
